She is the founder of Purnabramha Maharashtrian Restaurant, chain of all-veg restaurants specialising in authentic Marathi cuisine. From the spice-laced Misal Pav, Dal Ka Dulha, Sabudana Wada to the sweet Shrikhand Puri and Puran Poli, Jayanti’s restaurants offer a wide range of true Marathi flavour.

The journey started from here,

Her journey started from taking orders of home-made Modaks (Sweet dumplings prepared during Ganesh Chaturthi) then she started her first restaurant — Purnabramha in Bengaluru. Meanwhile, she faced several obstacles including financial and operation but never lose hope and finally now had chains in Mumbai, Pune, Amravati and finally extending its reach to Brisbane in Australia.

The add on feature is, she is making her efforts on reducing food wastage by giving 5% discount to people with no leftover in the plate. That’s amazing.

In the whole journey facing uncounted problems, her biggest strength was her husband and family who supported her in all the ways.
